YFA-FQ型沉水式液压测试台分为液压系统、电气系统、机械系统、测压系统、水箱系统等五大系统，由机架、水箱、左右工作盘、夹紧油缸、升降油缸、牵引油缸、翻转油缸、移动油缸、试验介质控制管路及控制阀、低压水泵、高压水泵、油泵及电机、试验介质控制管路及控制阀、液压控制系统、电气控制系统、试验压力计量等组成。

阀门强度试验（PS）是按各通径规格阀门密封试验（PN）的公称压力值(MPa)x1.5倍进行强度性能试验。

¤适用于小口径阀门通径：DN15/100法兰式、焊接式、内外螺纹式锻钢等阀门的压力性能试验。

¤兼备夹爪抱压式与顶压压紧式工作，将试验工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻转功能，特别适应气体压力试验，操作使用方便。

¤系统内配置高，低压水泵供压装置，试验介质循环贮存使用。

¤沉水式液压测试台试压介质为水、气，由用户任意选择。

¤沉水式液压测试台设有试压安全保护装置。

¤可订配智能检测数据管理系统。
